The pure silver in 1000 carats is smashed in a melting pot and it becomes 925 carats and then it is poured in sticks as 25cms or 30 cms .These sticks are put in to the cylinders which are always packed many times until they become as knit –needle.In other proccess the thick metal stick has been put in to diamond products which has a hole in them and turns into 30-35 microns (0,3mm)thickness .
The string which is producted has been waeved by the women in area of Trabzon with a special tweezers which end is sharpened as a triangle . A knitting of 18 cms or 20 cms bracelet lasts in about in 15 days.The strings which are broken out in metal knitting are filed one by one and connected by welding.
The Bracelets,Necklaces and Belts are made by according the any thickness, sizes and motifs and they are sent to Ateliers in order to be made buckle-lock system .Standartmodel buckle motifs are done with steel nibbed pens.an extra model which has telkari motifs are standart in belts .and they are made for bracelets and necklaces in private orders.
